Unhappy Paint Prob/ Break dust / Break fluid/

Well this winter I ran it to a problem i had not noticed it at first b.c there was salt all over the side of my car.

My left driver side breaks went and i had a leak and break fluid spraed the side of my car and was covered in break dust and also the salt from the roads due to winter and i did not notice this untill i washed the car but it had time to soak in and i am wondering what would be the best way to get it off the side of my car

Remember brake fluid will eat the paint off your car...glad you noticed when you did as it could have been a nightmare!

I get serious brake dust baked on the front left rim of my Subaru. (They are silver painted rims.)

Granted the car is almost 6 years old, but I'm disappointed that Westley's Tire White doesn't remove it all.

you can stop break dust from getting on your rims by getting cheap break covers its just a black plastic circle that covers the break and stops any break dust from getting onto your wheel I haven't had it on my mustang but I had them on my truck that had huge rims on it and it kept them nice and clean.... also you could buy better breaks that give off less dust

hit the breaks before you brake your car
