third brake light???

It go's on the outside, you can just slap it on there and hope its even and you dont have any air bubbles. Or you can get a spray bottle and put a drop of soap in to it and fill it with water. Then spary the brake light down with it, and then put the tint overlay on. Now you can make sure its even, and squeegee all the air bubbles out and let dry.

I kind of recommend taking the whole light out, its only a couple of screws I believe. It will be easier to apply it that way. However, it is definitely possible to install it while the light is still on your car
