try heating it up with a heat gun (blow dryer) and then see if it gets any softer. goo gone or wd-40 should take it right off.
Not if it's Epoxy that he's talking about. Epoxy once dried is like fiberglass, nothing penetrates it or loosens it or melts it. You have to chip away at it or sand it off.
if it is the same adhesive that was behind my fender emblems on my 94 then it will soften up and you can get it off with goo gone or wd-40.
