exhaust set up question

would bassani mid length headers + bassani xpipe with cats + magnaflow exhaust pass emissions test? I was looking up prices on these parts on various websites and saw a few places where it said the headers are for off road use only

Don't be scared! 

Get the Off-Road Bassani X-pipe... I have them w/the Magnaflows, and you wouldn't believe how they sound!..... Awesome!!! 

I need the MIL eliminators though! It's all GOOD.. Performance and sound make all up for it!
