Anything that can be done, the tan plastic pieces are turning white, tried a cleaner conditioner to help keep it from getting worse, but would like to find something to fix/make it less noticeable.

Anything I or an interior shop could do?

 

not sure exactly what tan plastic pieces you are talking about, but late model restoration sells interior paint and dye in pretty much any color that was ever put in a mustang. you would use the paint on hard plastic surfaces and they dye on the softer vinyl and rubbery surfaces. hope this helps.
