Ok to anyone who has painted or has the knowledge about Sonic Blue factory paint or has had thier car painted:

Is it a pearlcoat from factory or is it just color/base? my car's black, and im lookin to paint it (myself) and instead of sticking with black, i've been tossing around the idea of going with either a mach 1 style azure blue, or more preferably Sonic Blue.
