what does cleaner wax do. And i tried what u said it doesnt rub off when i touch it. i have to agree...the 3m stuff i used to detail at a autobody shop and there 3m compound and polish were great. so should i go over with it then with polish if you dont think the cleaner will cut it

Swirl Remover first, then Cleaner Wax then some Carnuba.

Buffer marks? with a PC? that is odd. The Porter cable is the safest polishing machine there is. Don't believe me? http://youtu.be/2XAqpOe9Zt4 check this out right here. I use Adam's polishes. They are great products, and i love the ease of use while still accomplishing outstanding results. Check them out http://www.adamspolishes.com/t-videos.aspx

Sorry - Cleaner wax has a very mild abrasive in it to remove fine scratches and scuffs but not really a rubbing compound. It takes a lot of elbow grease to eliminate deeper scuff marks or scratches with it because it is not as aggressive and won't cause damage as easily.

I usually use it after the Deep System polish.

Step 1 is Clay Bar - By Hand

Step 2 is Cleaner Wax - By hand with applicator pads

Step 3 is Deep Crystal Polish - Porter Cable Microfiber cloth bonnets - medium speed.

Step 4 is Deep Crystal Carnuba Wax (Liquid) or Gold Class Carnuba Paste - Finishing Pad Higher Speed Lighter Pressure

Step 5 is BUFF with a pure Wool Finish Pad

I think he got them from the Mothers Powerball for Paint. Which is on the end of a drill not a Random Orbit machine like the PC.

Jelly Squeegee and a synthetic sham. But then I don't wash mine with water any more. I keep it in the garage and only really need to dry it when I get rained on.

I use detailer to clean it with CLEAN Microfiber towels.

FYI - Black is probably the toughest color to detail well. It just shows every flaw. But once you get the proper method and process down it will look like it is WET and almost Deep.

That explains the buffer marks. Black has a lot of depth!!
