Too damn long, of course i have a garage and I do it a little at a time. I use the Wet Obsession wax and I let it sit on there for 1/2 to 1 hour before removing.
Since you dont have a garage just do sections.

I take anywhere from 12 to 15 hours. It is a long process. Washing and claying are all easy. depending on paint it will do a 3 or 2 stage polishing process. Of course i get the little things like the trim, undercarriage and wheels. I think i need to upgrade to the Flex to cut down the polishing time

I usually do it Sunday and it takes the better part of a day. (6 hours about) And that's washing, waxing, drying, vacuuming, cleaning the interior and the wheels. It's exhausting but looks awesome when I'm done

I don't clay if the surface feels super smooth.

"Never polish w/o claying and never clay w/o polishing" is my mantra. Claying removes any surface contamination that can be ground into your paint if you polish w/o claying. Claying can also mar the surface so I wouldn't clay w/o planning on polishing afterward.

You can spread this out over serveral days if you need to. Just be sure that you are aware your paint has no protection on it in between polishing steps and before applying your LSP. Park and drive accordingly. Also be sure to wash thoroughly before you start re-polishing to avoid any marring of the paint from residual dirt.

Don't sweat it Unless the car got really dirty between steps, you should be OK.

About 5 hours if I use the spray wax. Add another hour to that time if it's paste or liquid wax. I only use the clay bar on the back lower fenders.

I use Zaino Polish products and I usually start at 8 in the morning and finish around 6 at night. That includes claying the car, which I do once a year. I am thinking about trying some Swissvax wax before the winter. I was told the prep work is the most important stage, so I take my time.
