Default Headlights wont fit correctly.

I hope I posted this in the right section..

A week ago I bought a 2004 Mustang GT Coupe off of my friend for $1,500. Clean title, 99,000 miles, an overall good deal. There is damage to both quarter-panels and one door but it's something I plan on fixing up as time and money allows.

Anyways, it is apparent that the vehicle was in some sort of accident involving the front of the car also. The bumper cover has been replaced, the bumper support is a little bent, ect. When I got the car the lights were not set correctly. I took apart the front and have tried to get them to set to no avail. I can push them up and they good until I look back towards the blinker and its not longer flush with the body of the car and vice versa. There are pictures attached to give you all a better idea. It is like this for both sides and I don't THINK it's the cause of body damage, but that is why I am here trying to find out. The front end body damage appears to have only affected the driver side since it was that side of the bumper support that was bent a bit.
