Has anyone put some type of bug net on their car for a long trip? I've made 2 trips so far, and the bug cleanup afterwards makes me not want to go out of town anymore. I'm not sure what makes butterflies so suicidal when they see my car. I did some searching on the internet but didn't really see anything out there for this purpose. I'm sure a net draped over the front of my car would look like ***, but I'm willing to deal with it if it saves me an hour of bug detail each way.

 

I've never used one, I think its to keep them out ofyour rad. I think that it would rub on your paint and cause a worse problem. I know out West they use them and they form fit to the radiator. Try a bra. I would only use ti like you said on long trips.
