Yes Headlights
last night I put in some new bulbs and maybe I didnt seal it back tight enought because today i noticed some water due on the inside. Cant I just remove the whole head light and rinse it out with water and air dry it or will this make things worse since there is possible dozens of little spots the water can go and Ill never get it TRULY dry. Or could i rense it out with rubbing alcohol. I am very concerned about preserving the plastic and what ever resin or chemicals are in it.
ALSO is there some type of UV protection I can use on them besides turtle wax f1 UV protection, that stuff is basically armorall.

Whether or not your headlights have any UV coating, you can keep them looking like new with regular maintenance.
I've followed threads on meguiarsonline and autogeek for years and the consensus seems to be plasdtic headlight lenses have a factory applied UV coating that will disappear with sanding/polishing.
The facts are headlights will get pitted/scratched/damaged during the course of normal driving. The only way to keep them looking good is polishing or sanding and polishing. Obviously, this removes any UV coating.
At this point, you have a choice: Pitted headlights with UV coating, or smooth clear headlights with no UV coating. Since I don't see the point of having horrible looking headlights with UV protection, I polish mine.
I've been polishing mine once or twice a year since 2004 and applying a sealant/wax whenever I do the rest of the car.
The products I've used on my headlights (after polishing) are:
Meguiar's #21 Sealant (Professional Line)
Finish Kare 100p High Temp Paste Wax
My headlights have not yellowed at all.
Note: Finish Kare is a company that was started by Barry Meguiar's brother and 1000p is actually a paste sealant that has ridiculous durability. Autogeek sells it.
