cut outs are a chamber where oyu can switch your exhaust to comeout of the mufflers or the can run it right out of your h-pipe or your x-pipe where its really really loud. All you do is remove 3 wing nuts and youropen, or you can buy electronic cutouts.</P>


3 inch slpx-pipe of 3-inch slp h- pipe with slp catback and slp headers( all out flow others right now and have a mean sound when you place the headers on the car.</P>
