First off, sorry for the huge pics. I bought this car about a month ago, and I love it. Only problem is, as you can see in the pictures, the clear coat is coming off on the drivers side front fender, and the paint on the hood, top of the car, and the trunk is not too shiny, almost could say faded. Do you guys think it is possible to restore the paint on the car and just have that fender painted? Any other options or suggestions? Thank you!

Not much you can do with that. No matter what you try isnt gonna work. New paint is about all.

Yeah dude thats more than clear coat, your paint is fading off, not just the clear coat. You can buff the sh***z out of it but its not gonna get any better. Start lookin for a paint job...

 

in regards to a paint job..anyone know of a good place in south texas?

 

Not from there but the best place to go is through ear or look at body shops where you see nice cars at lol. Thats what I do... I heard about different body shops and through friends and the best thing to do is to go look at body shops and look at the work that they do. Then you can judge for yourself.
