Default POWDER COATING

I am planning on powdercoating my stock 94 GT Intake. Is there any reason why this is not a good idea. Anybody have any trouble with powder coating ? I was also planning on doing my cobra rims as well. Does this stuff hold up well ?

I have seen it done on a couple of cars and it looks impressive. Really cleans up under the hood.

Wheels work and look best when they're powder coated new, doing older beat up rims will not look their best. Intakes will require high temp powdercoating. I work at a metal finishing place that plates and does powdercoating. I've seen it all get coated at one time or another... except for a intake... I'll check with with some guys in the powder department tomorrow about it. I'm in the plating department.
