Default gauge cover

where can i find a replacement for the clear piece of plastic that covers the gauges behind the steering wheel? it has some kind of foggy spots on it. i don't know how it happened since it was there when i got the car. i wonder what the previous owner did to it. any info would be appreciated, thanks.

Try your local scrap yards. Find one in good condition, and they'll probably just pull the whole gauge cluster for you.
