Default Window Tint Question (back window)

I just had the windows tinted on my 03 GT...Of course you need to give the new tint awahile to settle and for all the bubbles (water pockets) to go away...
My side windows look great. However, the back window is still not adhering to the window where the little ceramic dots are at the top of the window.
Does this take a little more time to settle? Am I S.O.L. and will it not go away? or should I give it some more time and take it back if it doesnt settle?

Thanks!

It should settle w/in 4, or 5 days, but if not, take it back, & have them redo the job. Mine, looked a little skeptical at first, but it cleaned up in a few days.

Most tint shops will not take the time needed to work all the access water out of the window tint.

I've tinted rear windows on several cars and I can do a professional quality job. You shouldn't have any bubbles, the only bubbles you should have are water pockets (which if you have, the shop didn't spend enough time working it out). What most shops do, instead of spending a hour alone just working the water out of the rear tint (where the defroster bumps are), they cut the tint there, some spray paint it black & others cut a piece of black vinyl. On my GT,(I bought it with tinted windows) my rear window had the same problem as yours, but I left it - I actually like it.

I don't think it will settle. I would take it back. Dan is right, the hardest thing and the thing that takes the most time is getting the air bubbles out. Take it back and demand a better job.

Hey Dan, wanna do mine?

If the rear window is glass, should be easy. If it's rather curved, you might have to slice the window tint to get it to fit without creasing & bubbling in odd places.

03Black: Sure, wanna drive your car up to MA and pay $50 bucks
