PLEASE HELP. cant start up with jumpstart...
my car battery on my 2001 mustang died and i got a new one, a couple weeks later died again, while driving. my assumption is the alternator. but i was broke and out of town for a few weeks so i parked the car in the garage for about 3 weeks. yesterday i jumpstarted it to bring it to autozone and test it. let it charge for a minute on cables but it wouldnt turn all the way over. it wasnt making the sound like it was the battery, cuz it would turn, but it just wouldnt start up. also, from trying to start it, a little fluid leaked out. its not oil, assuming its radiator fluid. there's no puddles in the garage, so it didnt leak until i tried turning the engine over, and never leaked before. i know you're not supposed to let your car sit too long without starting it up because things can go wrong... so do you have any ideas on what else might be wrong?
