points i'm unsure of.

i also have a 200ci and the rear is a 7.5 with 2.89's is your tranny manual or auto? there's a three speed and mine was converted to a C4. there's a large amount of links in the FAQ at the top of the classics page. i have to get back to work otherwise i'd find it for ya. they may even have one for the points. stick around tho, there are a handfull of 200ci guys here that should be able to help you, but they aren't on everyday.

it's not too rough considering. i took apart the front end and was a little peeved at how thinga were rusted together and had to literally be broken apart, but small price to pay. like i say a lot here, with my plans for my car, i need to do everything right. it's worth replacing everything if it need replacing just to make everything perfect. the floor pans are in decent shape, partial replacement before i got to it. but i still think since i'm going thru the trouble, i'll replace the full legnth seeing as there are only partial replacements in there now.

like i said, i don't know the points gap. my only suggestion from here is to try a local garage. maybe they can look in their system and pull up the info for you. i pulled the head a while back and i need to get a few of the bolts drilled out and tapped so i can replace it. i'm prolly gonna try and upgrade to a pointless (that sounds funny!) system when i get the head taken care of.
