17x 8 .. will these fit on my 1968 mustang with diskbrakeswap brakes on the front and upgraded 8" 5 lug rear end?

YES with 1" spacers all around.

if theyre 05+ then you need 2" in front and 1" at least in back.

 

I found some great 1" spacers at Dallas Mustang, but do you know anyone that sells the two inch spacers?

 

im running them on my '65. they took 1" spacers all around but i believe its different for a 67-68. contact dodgestang and he should be able to help you out with spacer size. i got mine off e-bay...here. theyre a lot cheaper through those guys and i havnt had any problems with mine

 

i have 2" cnc aluminum ones ill sell to you but i need to sell my wheels first. i found then on ebay for like 75$ for a pair! super cheap imo. i kept finding them for like 150-200+$.

 

BUT, since youre getting the 01-04 bullits then you dont need 2"ers.

i also have an extra pair of 1" cast aluminum spacers ill sell you. i got em at mustangsplus.
