Default Wheel Fitment HELP!!!!!

Hello, I'm a newbie to the forum soI'm sorry if this question has been asked before. I am in dire need of help. I have a 1970 Mustang Coupe and I want to know if 17x8 255 Nitto's on the front and 18x10 285 Nittos on the backoff ofa 2006 mustangGTwould fit???? I know that I would need spacers, but what size, and is it even possible?

I appreciatethe help guys!!

well a safe backspacing for an old stang is about 4.5". so just measure the new wheels' backspacing and minus the 4.5 from that and thats how big of a spacer you need.

You should only need 1 inch spacers.. Check out www.dodgestang.com
you will see a couple of pics of my car and a few others with 17x8's
