Ok my computer upstairs can't display the live chat box. The page loads but the dialog box or whatever you call the place on the page where the live chat program runs doesnt load and has an x in the corner of the box. I know it isn't my connection speed cuz downstairs I can run it on another computer. Any ideas?

 

i believe its java based so u might not have java installed or you have a firewall blocking access
