How can I resize a picture to use as my avatar, or add a picture to my sig?

you may use any picture editor of your choice. Just resize it there and then upload it to the forum. as far as your signiture picture... you must have that picture hosted on the internet and then place [IMG][/IMG] on the sides of the URL to that picture in your signature, then you will have your picture. that picture is WAY too big. But you want to use the actual picture link, not the asp link like this

Thanks, you have been alot of help. 2 more questions... What is a good program to resize pictures? The programs I have will only let me crop them to make them smaller. Second, how do I find the right link to put the pic that I have hosted on this site into my sig (after I shrink it down of course).

Thanks again for your help. I can find my way around a car pretty well, but computers are a totally different story!

Most photo programs have a resizing option on them.
