Problems with sig pic??

Problems with sig pic??
I have just resized my sig picture in photobucket to 320x240 and when i try and put it into my sig the picture doesnt show up. It just has the image brackets and the link between them. I made sure i hit apply and ok in my profile and still no luck. Can anyone think of something i may be missing?
