Hello guys and gals. I got a question for the ages. I'm a soldier and I've been overseas for three years. I made up my mind to purchase the 07 Mustang GT before I returned. Since I've returned, I've seen plenty of competition. We all know 300HP is standard in the GT. But what's our real competition out there? I want to believe that Mustang is in a class by itself but......I haven't raced anyone yet. Who will dust me off and what are some no so pricy mods I can get? I'm skeptical about racing the 400HP GTO and the 450HP Charger. The obvious answer is to buy the 500GT right? Can't afford it though. I think my cars has straight ***, hands down and I won't back down from a race with my stock car. On the other hand before I get embarassed who should I consider not racing? We have track here in Clarksville TN and I hear that EVO's and are dusting off GTO's. Also that Mustngs are getting some of that dust to. I just want to know whats the baddest car under 32,000 bucks. The Mustang is definitely the best looking and it's one of America's muscle cars. I take pride in that. Let me know what you all think. Does 0-60 times, HP, weight, the driver, or any of those specs really matter? I'm ready to stick it to 'em all. I need the info. first. Thanks!

MUSTANG is thr best looking car from my hometown(detroit) or any place else, in a long time

Find a fox for 3-5K and put the rest into the mods. You will be dusting the Evo's.

 

^I think he made it rather clear he wants a newer car.

 

But it would be fun to have 25K in mods to add to a fox. Just think of the power!!!!
