Renaming alink in the sig area?

hey guys, i would like to have a link in my sig area that will redirect people to my photobucket page so they can see my pics...i dont want to just post the link in there i want to have the text renamed to say CLICK HERE TO VIEW MY GALLERY! and then when you scroll over it its an actual link....i used to know how to do this but it completley slipped my mind..what cose or whatever should i put in my sig area to accomplish this?.....help please...thanks
