I have a 96 gt and when i drive it, it sputters between gears, it wants to go but the engine power slow at times.
I was told its the IAC
I did plugs wires fuel filter and the hbk filter and even changed the hose on the intake side

I how do i find out if it is this and what is the cost and difficulty of changing this out?
