And the more I think about it, it is significant that a "moderator" would take such a tone with a contributing member, when said member is simply pointing out a deficiency, that should not have been allowed to happen in the first place. I appreciate all the work that is done by everyone on this site, but to let this ball drop does a disservice to the contributors, and rather than get pissy, as a "moderator" how about saying..."your right, and we are working on it, thank you for your support." To me, that seems the reasonable way of approaching it.

What's "neck deep" about asking nicely? I managed to get an answer. I'm happy with the answer I got. I'm sure they're working on a ton of other things at the same time.
Making a donation isn't always about being recognized, it's about showing your appreciation for the work these guys put in and trying to help with the bills. It really doesn't matter to me if they never put them back. I know I helped a little. As I originally said, I was just wondering about it.
