Default Contributor Banner?

What happened to the contributor banners that people like me who donated money to the forums had on their profiles? Guess we don't deserve to be recognized for helping make this site what it is today...

Does anyone have any idea when the banners will be back? I had asked a few weeks ago and was told it was being worked on... Just wondering...

I also hope to see the banners back soon, but hey, with this kind of attitude, you can just keep waiting patiently.

I don't know why its taking so long to bring back, but it will happen......eventually.

I think you'll notice I didn't quote him. I just figured why start a new thread when there was already one here... Certainly not my attitude at all...

Wait a second, why should I be sorry for my attitude? I love this site and everything it has done for the Mustang community; that is why I donated my money to it...which is more than I can say for many of the people on here. If your attitude is "thanks for the money now don't you dare give us attitude if the banners aren't working", then maybe you should rethink your commitment to the community and the people who support it.

P.S. Hey ajaibr, they are not professors assigning you a grade, no need to go neck deep.

And the more I think about it, it is significant that a "moderator" would take such a tone with a contributing member, when said member is simply pointing out a deficiency, that should not have been allowed to happen in the first place. I appreciate all the work that is done by everyone on this site, but to let this ball drop does a disservice to the contributors, and rather than get pissy, as a "moderator" how about saying..."your right, and we are working on it, thank you for your support." To me, that seems the reasonable way of approaching it.

I'm not quite sure where I said you should be sorry.....?

What did I say exactly? "just keep waiting patiently". I even put in a smiley face! How could I possibly be getting pissy?

Did you miss the part where I said "I also hope to see the banners back soon", and "I don't know why its taking so long to bring back"? You don't possibly think that you and I are on the same page?
