Can't view pics/ reply to threads?

just wondering why i can't view pictures or reply to posts in some sections. Is there a post amount i have to reach before i am able to on this forum? I keep getting thins message " you do not have access...blahblahblah

You have to have 50 posts and be on 30 days for some areas.
