man that gift card sweepstakes add at the top right corner of the pages is so annoying. ive never seen anything like it. i start trying to read posts, then if i accidentally move my cursor the wrong way, i get blocked by this huge add opening up. i cant wait until 12-18-09 when it expires

I wish they would just make it something that the user would have to click on instead of just rolling over it with the cursor.

Agreed. I put it right up there with those ones that auto open with the page.

To 99: There isn't some sort of if/then code for it? I would just think there would be, but what do i know.

Use Firefox and you can block it

i dont know how people "trip" over that ad...i dont have anything blocked on my computer and i have to aim for it to open it.

It is pretty easy, when you go to switch tabs on firefox, that is when i hit it, or checking pms.

Same here. And I've had to aim for it 6 times. (Bought 6 cards). I've never opened it otherwise?
