Kinda going through the same thing.. so i feel your pain.. gonna give this guy until friday to produce what I've paid for.

 

Depending on how much you got ripped off if you wanted to turn this into the Authorities I'm sure the Mod's here (or Administrator at least) has access to all of our IP addresses. You could probably get that info from someone and take that to the authorities if you really wanted to, also if Soldier_GT starts a dispute and you start another one (if thats possible?) then Paypal may get onto this guy and believe your stories over his and get your money back to you.

 

Well with my situation, I didn't pay with paypal I paid with Money Order. Probally better I did it that way because I have the guys address. I will be going to school next Mar and the school that I'm going to happens to be in this guys state, so I plan on going to his door and asking him personally for my money. It's only 75 bucks but its the principle of the thing.

well ****, get my money while your at it. what a ****. ripping off more then one person. i kinda thought he gave up trying to send me the bottle, and said **** it. but if he is ripping you off too he's just a scammer. he owes me $200usd as far as im concered.

update.. got my money back. guy told me that he was in the hopsital... then didn't hear from him in a week (after numerous pms). Then I got fed up and threatened legal action. He wrote me back within a hour and told me that the intercooler had gotten smashed while shipping and that he would refund my money. Just got my money last night so, I'm kinda satisfied but still pissed... Good luck man..
