Classified questions?

Is it possible to have the search feature fixed? If you collapse the search fields, then you have to go delete the cookies or something to have it reaappear. Why cant there be a little arrow or something to collapse and re open it?

That NEVER appears on my computer. I just bought my wife a new laptop and it doesnt appear there either.
