Keep getting logged off
On my Home PC, my ID keeps getting logged off if I'm inactive for about 10 minutes. On my other laptop it won't even let me log on. It gives me the thanks for logging on screen but never logs on...Thanks!

pretty sure that's normal (for the first part). i believe the site automatically logs you off for any lengthy idle time (happens to me all the time when i'm photoshopping 
); the only fix i know for that is to refresh the page. for the second part (which has happened to me too)... things like that have happened before, and the usual fix is to keep the 'remember me' box by where you log-in checked.
