I'm a member over at xda-developer forum and they have a great feature that may cut down on repeatedly asked questions. Basically, when a user hits 'Make New Thread', they can enter 'Title' and 'Message', then when they submit, it comes back with a thread search result and has a box asking something like 'Are these helpful?' Then if they choose, they can still submit that new thread. Pretty cool so I thought you might want to take a look.
