Everytime I try and post a message/reply I keep getting a Error page telling me I have to wait 30 seconds before posting again (even if this is my first post of the day) or a screen telling me that I am making a duplicate post....but then it still posts my post (if that makes any sense).

I get that too sometimes in OT, but you getting it all the time is ridiculous.
