Sig issues

Curious why I can't see my sig in the 4.6 section but I can elsewhere? Also, why are my sigs getting deleted when I make them? They aren't breaking any rules.

I see no reason why I shouldn't be able to have a sig.

Other people have incorrectly sized sigs and they either don't get changed or have no repercussions from it.
