how in gods name do i turn them off, every thread i post in i am automatically subscribed to them, i have gone into user CP and turned it to off but i still get e-mails to everyone i post it,,,,,,,,,,HELP TURN IT OFF

I checked your settings and it looks like you found the option to specify "Do not subscribe" (for the benefit of anyone else who has the same issue, the tab for "Edit Options" is on the left side of your User CP page, then scroll down to the choice for subscription options). To the OP, let me know if you still experience problems.
