It seems Mustang Forums doesn't keep me signed in. Is there something I'm supposed to do that will keep me signed in until I log off?

I have written 2 very lengthy audio threads and when I went to submit them, it clicks over to facebook and tells me to sign in?

Two informative threads that are now lost forever because I'm not rewriting them.

It's happen before and this is the only forum I'm a member of that I have this issue.

 

I have this problem also. If I write anything too long, I find out I'm not signed in anymore.

 

I would copy your post before pressing the submit button just in case it does log you off. Ditto on the site logging you out if you take too long.

 

Do you both sign in with Facebook? It could be an issue with the Facebook authentication, but I don't ever have an issue staying signed in with a normal username and password on the site. I'd say it could be a browser issue but if it only happens here then it probably isn't.

It's not a bad idea to copy your whole post on this site anyway if you write something big with the number of database issues it has. I've lost replies to DB errors here a few times.

 

I never had an issue with normal login until the last couple days. I recently registered over at MeguiarsOnline.com and find if I login over there, I get logged out here. The forum software is similar.. not sure if it clears cookies or whatnot.

Never used FB login.
