Lowering coils or coilovers?
I want everyone’s opinion for those who have lowered mustangs, did you go with lowering coils? Or coilovers? And why did you go with what you choose? And the results, pros cons?
I have a lowered mustang 3in all the way around and want coilovers but some same there a headache and some don’t, so I would like everyone’s opinion and also how low you’re vehicle is!
very much appreciated!

buy rear lowering springs for your stang. It's SUPER easy to replace them.
1: Raise car up with jacks and put a jack under the rear diff (put a piece of wood between jack and pumpkin) the raise that center jack a little to ensure the rear diff doesn't move.
2: Undo the shocks at the top
3: undo the track bar so it's not stopping the axle from coming down
4: You may also have to undo the rear sway bar
5: Gently lower the differential jack allowing it to drop just enough that you can wrestle the rear springs out
6: reseat new springs (they fit one way only on both sides)
7: reverse and enjoy your lowered ride.
