Hello, I recently bought an 07 V6 to be my daily driver and I am having an issue with the A/C. It blows nice cold air at times, and at other times it just blows air (hotter than ambient). I've had it checked out and I was told its not mechanical, it's electric (Boogie woogie, woogie!). I opened the fuse panels and noticed I was missing the A/C clutch rely, and the A/C clutch fuse was blown. I replaced both and it worked great for a day, but then it went back to its old ways. I dug around a bit more and realized it is missing the A/C clutch diode too. I've ordered one and it's on its way. Just wanted to get the collective groups thoughts if the missing diode could possibly be source of my issue, or if there is something else I need/should be considering as well. Any input is greatly appreciated.
