My wife owns a 1999 mustang v6, and for the past few years there has been an irregular issue concerning her windshield wipers and the seatbelt reminder beep. Every once in a great while, there will be a beep, not on any kind of measurable cycle, but just a beep. Now, I suspected that it was a lack of seatbelt beep, cause she doesn't wear hers very often (and I think she's a dip**** for that), but it's a very irregular sort of beep and I'd think the seatbelt warning wold be more cyclical.

Unrelated, occasionally her windshield wipers activate for a single or two sweeps of the windshield, no more.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
