I have a dynomax cat back. I have had It for a couple years. I am not very impressed with it. Infact I would not recommend it to anyone. It does not even sound all that great. I have a borla cat back on my 02 gmc 2500hd and that sounds unbelievable. I think I am going to order borla mufflers for the car too, I will have no problem using the rest of the cat back right?

I have magnaflows and a mac catted H-pipe. I love the sound. It may not be as loud as some of the other but its deep as hell and it sounds amazing.

 

Im basing my vote on me almost creaming in my pants listening to a full exhuast on a 03 cobra. BASSANI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are expensive, but hell, so is everything else for newer stangs.

Flows are hard to beat on a 5oh though.

 

I have Borla Stinger on my car and they sound bad ***. I would recommend Borla to anyone. Also I think that the after market exhaust system should be the first thing you do when you get your car. It just makes you feel like you going faster than you really are

When I bought my 02 a year ago it was stock exhaust. I come from a huge Italian family and we all have trades so its kinda cool Im not gonna get ripped off and if I don't like it he would take them back. I went to see Phil and told him I wanted something throaty but not real loud so you couldn't talk to each other over the noise. but If I stomp on it I want to hear it. He say " I know just what ya need" but It will take me a day or so to order them in." They were called Dynomax Ultra-flow Race Magnum welded muffler. They were like 120.00 each. These sound nice when you start, throaty idle as long as your driving it like normal it was just a nice sound, when you jump on it they really sound nice, its like you can hear every cylindar go off real loud. I bought them on the spot. It all in what you like and these suit me to a T
