Yes it does but you may need to research the brake cables for the E brake and you will need an adjustable brake proportioning valve from Ford Racing or a quality brake company. The added braking power will need to be regulated so the rears do not lock up prematurely. You may need to got to 5 lug wheel because I am not sure the four lug axles will fit into the Mark VII housing due to the disc brakes. Ford Racing tech line should be able to help you more. 1-586-468-1356

hey thanks for the info, but yeah the rear i am talking about is already a 5 lug with 31 spline and 4.10 gears..... or so im told... seems like its too perfect to be true because it is EXACTLY what im looking for... you know how long it usually takes a shop to swap a rear? so i can get an approx. price in my head.
