I'm thinking about getting one for a little less then 9k with some rust on the bottom and belly....

But someone today said they are too long and blah blah blah....

it has a 351 windsor and 4 speed manual...

Should I do it, and are there other parts to make it more powerful?

What year? Get some pictures up. How well does it run? Check for the frame being out of alignment at all, or any evidence of accidents. They're asking a little much unless it's in good condition.

The nice thing about the 351W is that parts from the 5.0 stangs are interchangable onto it.
