Timing Problem?

Timing Problem?
Hey all, what would make my car go out of time about 10 degrees??? Electronic ignition... it should stay where set right? If the timing chain slipped a cog it would be more than 10-15 degrees or no? I reset the timing and the car seems to run ok...
