Hey everyone,

I just spent the last 1 1/2 hours installing my Flowmaster Super 40s Catback exhaust on my 99 Cobra.. I wouldn't mind if it was a tad bit louder but over all it sounds good..

My brother helped me and said he remembers someone saying that the tone of the exhaust will change as carbon builds up in the mufflers. Anyone know if this is true?

 

Yes, it will get a little louder as the muffler breaks in. And I think its time for a mid pipe if you want it to be even louder.
