I need help figuring out why my electric fan doesn't work correctly. It used to come on low speed with the temp guage in the center and used to run high speed when the guage was showing closer to the "H". It always came on high speed when the AC was on.

Now the low speed operation doesn't appear to work and only the high speed comes on when the engine gets about 225-230 degrees as read by my non-contact IR. Additionally, the fan does not come on when the AC is on. In the warm weather, this causes the engine to run very hot all the time.

I thought I knew what it was and replaced the CCRM from a 4 month old one I got off ebay but it does the same thing. Any ideas where to look for the prob is appreciated.
