Sub Frames and Strut tower brace.... which way to go?
There is a kit that Kenny Brown makes that comes with 3-point Strut Tower Brace, 4-point Lower Chassis Brace, and Doublecross Subframe Connectors for 290 dollars.... would u guys recommened that or should i get the Steeda double cross subframe connectors and the Steeda strut tower brace for 220? IF there are any better brands that make good full length subs and good strut tower braces that wont screw up my ride(its lowered 2 inches) let me know the name and model on those and ill check em out.... anyways im ordering this stuff in a few days so if u guys could help me decide which way to go that would be great...thanks

let me clarify... what i mean by "screw up my ride" is that if the subfram connectors are too thick then im REALLY REALLY gonna have to watch out for dips and bumps etc.... but i mean if they are all mostly 1.25 inches thick or around there... then whatever, ill just deal with it

dont wate your money on things you dont need like a strut tower brace when u have one stock. get kb sub frames and kb jacking rails. and pay someone to weld them in profesionally. that is the way to go!

If you already have the strut tower brace, then there no need to purchase another. The benefit you get from the subframes is going to depend more on how well they are installed. Strengthening you unibody won't "screw up your ride" but it will make the car more rigid. You may feel the difference when you go over railroad tracks.
