I picked up new doors a couple weeks ago and I plan on putting them on 88 GT on this weekend since its going to be BEAUTIFUL here in NJ. What exactally should I replace when doing this swap? Any tips, tricks, etc.? Thanks alot guys.

Hm, just weatherstripping. May want to take the door panel off and replace that weather seal or whatever's behind it (just a bunch of plastic to stop rain from comin in). Check out the window motor/tracks and make sure they're good. That rubber/felt stuff around the window.

P.S. Aligning that bad boy is gonna be a huge job
