You're listing years that had both the 4.6 and the 5.0 in them, not being specific. We need to know what is currently in the vehicle to tell you what the easiest swap is, and to do that we need the year.

I'm saying that you shouldn't attempt it, but if you really want an engine swap, take it somewhere, it'll come out better in the end for you.
